Buildings

Build a home on your own island, and a Shelter in the Overworld.

How building works

• Stand on bare soil and choose Build. The cost comes out of your backpack and your Storage Room, and the building goes up in a few seconds.
• The Overworld only takes a Shelter. Everything else goes on your island, and nothing can be built in the Town.
• Dismantle a building to get back 80% of what it cost, rounded down.

  Shelter

  A shelter where your folk can seek protection. It is where you come back when your Folk is beaten. Wild Folks leave you alone near it, and your Folk can't be attacked while standing on it. You can have one: build a new one and the old one comes down.

  Goes in the Overworld

  Storage Room

  A small storage for your resources.

  Costs: Gold ×1, Wood ×4, Stone ×2 · 7 s

  Goes on your island

  You can have one: upgrade it instead of building another.

  Torch

  Illuminates the area around it at night.

  Costs: Stick ×2 · 6 s

  Goes on your island

  Aquarium

  A glass tank for your fish collection.

  Costs: Stone ×2, Glass ×2, Gold ×1 · 12 s

  Goes on your island

  You can have one: upgrade it instead of building another.
